"Wish I could rate this experience as a 0/5 stars. When we arrived, our online order was not fulfilled, they were out of turkey, chicken, Mashed Potatoes, stuffing, and had one scoop of mac and cheese left, and one serving of Broccoli left. We ordered over $70 worth of food and none of it was available. They only had sweet potatoes, the limited Broccoli and Mac and cheese, and meat loaf. I was told I had to talk to corporate to get a refund because they don 't control online ordering. Once I called corporate, I was told it would take 7-10 days to get a response and they will have to see if a refund can be issued. This is not our first bad experience at Boston Market or this location. Last time we had issues was Christmas eve, when we ordered over $200 worth of food that was never delivered and we had to go pick it up on person. When we arrived, other has the same experience and we waited over an hour to get the meal that should have been delivered."
