"Came here to pick up an online deposit order. We arrived in time, but they could not find the order first, although the name was listed on the pick-up order screen. The food was just fine. Ham was dry, looked old. Turkey was juicy nice taste. We missed the engraving to ask her. Rolls should be prepared, warmed up, but they gave us hard rolls in a bag. If the customer service was better, I probably wouldn't have written that, but there was no excuse or nothing to screw up the order. They were looking for merged. Great experience with Boston market on a delivery to work for a pre-Turkey celebration party for my team. They even came earlier than planned to deliver our food. I also had a minor with the payment for my delivery, but they still came to deliver, and I worked out the problem with them and did everything. My colleagues enjoyed it so much that we plan for our Christmas party with Boston Market! Thanks again!
