"We used to be here and we enjoyed it again today, food is always delicious. Unfortunately, our service was very unattended today. After 10 minutes we were not welcome or recognized. I wanted to get someone and I had to wait again. I gave it 4 stars because this is a first on the service aspect and we plan to go back, I hope only that they remember that people pay not only for food, but for service. Hopefully our next visit will be better."

"The food here is delicious. It's just that service is pretty slow. The line to order moves slowly as well as actually getting your food. I'm not sure if they need to hire more people or if it's just the process. The food is awesome. It's just hard to wait that long. It's literally a 2 minute walk from my job. I placed a togo order and waited and waited and waited. It took 17 minutes to get it! Once I got back to my office and ate it, the food was awesome. I ordered a chicken club w/fries. It was so yummy. It's one of the one places downtown that has fries but it might not be worth the wait. Unless I start calling it in."

"Canteen is the best deli in the neighborhood! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and a very expansive menu I have never regretted anything I order there. Fresh ingredients, great sandwiches, delicious bagels to brighten any morning, and even some great healthy options if you’re looking for something light. Usman and the staff are the best around, and the friendliest people to make a great overall experience! I’ll continue to go to Canteen as my deli of choice for as long as I live in Brooklyn!"

"Don't let the fact that this restaurant is in the gas station fool you, the food is amazing. My favorite is the Catalina burrito. The service is fast, you can call to place your order and usually it will be ready in 10 minutes. Great small restaurant!"

"When you step in, the wonderful odor of the rich Caribbean food is delicious. It is is like being there. We ordered the Morongo with crackling (chicaron) and bistec with grill onion. The food was not prepared ahead but ar time of order. We also had tostones and maduros. If you don't know what this is, order some and experience plantain rich flavor. Prices were very reasonable. A good choice for Dominican/Cuban food"

"This place is great; It's like a bar and a café have a child. It seems to be more of just a breakfast/brunch/lunch space, except for fish for days. The service is very nice. Friendly people and there were definitely regular guests who were greeted and greeted with names. My family also welcomed. The place is clean and looks great. Food was amazing. We had a variety of their breakfast menus and it was all delicious. From properly cooked eggs, to delicious pancakes, sausage and bacon, etc. The lunch menu looked like it was good. There is a nice selection on the menu and it is not too expensive."

"What a GREAT PLACE!! I can’t believe I didn’t know about it till now being that I live 2 blocks away!! My daughter and I saw the signs they put out and walked over! "Starline is located in the industrial area of Fullerton Ave. Parking was a little confusing, one section of spots was 20 minute parking and the other was for the auto place next-door. We parked in the 20 minute parking and it was fine. The beef bulgogi lunchbox is a great deal and you get great quality food for the price. The cold noodles on the side were pleasantly surprising. I loved the flavor of the beef. It even had a little kick in the aftertaste. Once we added a bit of salt to the fries they were delicious. Cooked really well with just the right amount of crisp. We added the dumplings after we placed our initial order and I'm glad we did. They were crunchy on the outside and nice and chewy in the middle. I honestly have no idea what kind of meat was inside, but if I had to guess I'd say pork or beef. What I do know is the flavor was yummy! I didn't taste the quesadilla, but my husband said it was really good and that he'd order it again. I of course have to touch on the customer service. It was nothing short of amazing. We walked in to smiling faces and fast service. I know we will be back again!"
