"It is WAY different than most McDonald's! Amazing service and the food actually tasted like how it was meant to taste. Very clean and well kept up. Staff was wonderful and friendly! "Arrived there at 10:40am. No breakfast sandwiches or hotcakes available even though it says breakfast until 11am?.Also this place truly needs to closed or change management. Homeless people always near door entrance plus on another occasion I bought 3 McRib sandwiches and the bread was filled with green mold. Place is disgusting."

"As usual my standard me of two Big Macs and a medium fry did not disappoint. The fries are always so crispy and salted to perfection and nothing beats their specific Coca-Cola mixture. I love it. My only disappointment is the ice cream machine was broken when I came, but the young lady at the draft do window was super polite and really made my day."

"I had a great experience at this McDonald's. The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained. I used the kiosk to place my order, and the process was fast and efficient. The staff was helpful and answered any questions I had. I ordered 40 nuggets and requested that they be made fresh. Although they weren't very hot, I didn't mention it. The children had a fun time in the play area. Overall, it was a pleasant visit."

"I just witnessed an employee sneeze into her forearm—clearly trying to contain it—just two feet away from the bin of fries. Afterward, she washed her hands but dropped the paper towel on the floor where people walk. She then picked it up to continue drying her hands. I felt it necessary to throw away my fries. There’s no point in asking for more when the sanitation practices of the staff are like this."

"I visited McDonald's on February 17, 2022, at 5:15 AM. It seemed like they were a bit short-staffed, as I had to wait for my order. However, I was really pleased when my breakfast arrived hot. I took advantage of the $4.39 deal for two, and it's quite uncommon to find hot, fresh food at most fast-food places in Shelby, so this was a nice surprise. Great job, McDonald's—5-star service this morning!"
