"I visited McDonald's on February 17, 2022, at 5:15 AM. It seemed like they were a bit short-staffed, as I had to wait for my order. However, I was really pleased when my breakfast arrived hot. I took advantage of the $4.39 deal for two, and it's quite uncommon to find hot, fresh food at most fast-food places in Shelby, so this was a nice surprise. Great job, McDonald's—5-star service this morning!"

The staff is courteous and efficient. The food was served piping hot, fresh, and reasonably seasoned. Overall, I had a good experience. However, shift changes can take a bit of time. Additionally, late at night, after midnight and before breakfast, there are very few options available, and they often accept only cash during certain times.
