"FYI? I went through the drive thru. The lady at the window seemed very bored with her job. She took my order fine enough, but lacked the customer service to make it an enjoyable experience. The cherry on top was that it?s optional to leave a tip?I?m a server. I know what good customer service is as I thrive off tips, but why do I need to tip someone who did the bare minimum? It felt insulting. I tipped a tiny bit however, just in case wages weren?t matching to her work effort. The food is another story. I ordered the 1/2 lb burger, the sweet tea and some fried mushrooms. The portions were great, but the bun was soggy, the tomato on my burger wasn?t ripe,the fries were heavily seasoned (more than most fast food places), the sweet tea had little sugar in it and the fried mushrooms were a bit too salty. Overall, the experience was very mediocre. I never leave bad reviews, especially if the server is trying their best, but everything missed the mark today."
