"FYI? I went through the drive thru. The lady at the window seemed very bored with her job. She took my order fine enough, but lacked the customer service to make it an enjoyable experience. The cherry on top was that it?s optional to leave a tip?I?m a server. I know what good customer service is as I thrive off tips, but why do I need to tip someone who did the bare minimum? I came to Tennessee from Michigan to try fat mo's burger and it was really good I enjoyed the food as well as the customer service. The women at the cashier with brown hair had really good customer service and I think they should get an increase. 10/10 would try again.

In New York came for my annual visit to Tennessee. The first time Fat Mo tries from a recommendation, but honestly it was terrible. Cheese sticks were disgusting. Fries were so dry. Wings were burned. Burger was fine, had much better. The only good at my meal with the Pepsi drink.

Restaurant was filthy. Ants crawling on the tables, all over the floors, and on the walls. Staff was not very friendly. Ordered the Mo's burger with cheese and seasoned fries. Fries were fresh and pretty good. Burger was so bad, I only took a few bites before throwing it away. Bun was dry and crusty like it was old.
