"My coworker and I walked in, I spoke to the host that was taking our order. I said Hi, this is our first time here so I asked her what is recommended. Her attitude and the way she spoke was NOT inviting what so ever. She seemed annoyed and honestly I wanted to walk right out because as a first timer to your place of business thats no way to treat customers. Her attitude after asking her a few questions and trying to reorder turned me off. There was no line, nor was itbusy (just myself and my co-worker there at the time) so I'm confused as to why she came off like this. Clearly, Chicken N Shakes does not care about keeping their customers coming back. I decided to try something new for lunch and thisrestaurant seem like a good choice but after getting my food I regret even spending my money here. The fries were wayyyy too oily to the point that the oil made the fries super soggy and we could not eat it. I tried a few fries when we leftthe store and I thought they fries were soggy because they began to sweat in the bag but not it was OIL. My coworker and I ended up throwing them out because you can't eat it. As you can see from the photos and video every fry I picked up,oil. I haven't even tried the chicken sandwich, probably won't. Do I recommend this restaurant? Nope."
