"My coworker and I walked in, I spoke to the host that was taking our order. I said Hi, this is our first time here so I asked her what is recommended. Her attitude and the way she spoke was NOT inviting what so ever. She seemed annoyed and honestly I wanted to walk right out because as a first timer to your place of business thats no way to treat customers. Her attitude after asking her a few questions and trying to reorder turned me off. There was no line, nor was itbusy (just myself and my co-worker there at the time) so I'm confused as to why she came off like this. Clearly, Chicken N Shakes does not care about keeping their customers coming back. I decided to try something new for lunch...

Not a good experience because of these arrogant kids at the counter taking orders. They lack in decency, manners, and professionalism and definitely don't know how to behave with a customer. He was busy rapping with this song and got annoyed when I called him repeatedly to place an order.

i ordered the shredded bird sandwich and a chocolate milkshake. not gonna lie I was kinda skeptical about the sandwich since I haven?t tried anything like it but it was really good. the chocolate milkshake was very good too. their spicy chicken sandwich is also really good. would definitely recommend this place.

The peanut brownie shake has actual chunks of brownies and has a really nice touch of peanut butter. I also got the strawberry shortcake shake which also includes chunks of strawberry. Both signature shakes are amazing and are the perfect amount of sweetness. Although it is on the pricier end for shakes given the size, I would say the shakes are off the roof and better than Shake Shack?s shakes! As for their Cool Chic Chicken Sandwich, it is potentially better than Popeye?s.I will definitely be returning for more chicken sandwiches and shakes!
