"the service was terrible, the young man couldn't take my order, then I wanted a refund, but they couldn't do that, so I just said to make the sandwich and they still messed it up and forget my cheese that I paid and didn't get, and I gave them a tip before they screwed the sandwich that I won't go back there, doing very bad service."

"I have been dining at Togos since I was a child. The sandwiches are still tasty, but the shop locations have all the signs of a chain restaurant. The quaint little house that used to house the Togo's shop in Campbell is no more. I highly recommend the #7 Hot Roast Beef, #9 Hot Pastrami, #21 California Veggie, and #24 Turkey Avocado sandwiches."

"I usually only get the Pastrami sandwich. It is sooo good. It's the mon special. The turkey avocado is good also. Or I get the mini pastrami, asian salad combo. That salad is so delicious. For some reason tho, I don't get the points I should be getting at the Vallejo shop. I don't know if it's an older machine or if she doesn't know how to add the points to my phone number."

"I believe that this restaurant has the best sandwiches in the city. I can't really compare it to Erik's because it's a different kind of sandwich shop, but they are both excellent. Togo's also offers reasonable prices and I appreciate their soda machine with many options. The service here is consistently great, with friendly staff who joke with customers, showing they enjoy their jobs. My go-to order is the turkey and avocado sandwich with added paprika!"

"This place has been here since at least the early 90's. Nice and updated now. Cashier-less kiosks regular cashier. Always clean. Very fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Only complaint is about restrictions due to CV-19. I'm sure I would have no complaints if CV-19 didn't ruin the way we live in 2020."

"ohhhh no what happens togo sick they taste a modest location, but sadly this on my sand no cheese that I was charged $18.00 for a sand that with only a tiny cup meat never again I made my own sandwiches to house, this was quite polite and nice, but the interior of the building was very dirty tables were not clean dishes and other rapper on the floor"

"I would rate this restaurant a solid 5 out of 5. The customer service was exceptional - everyone in line was addressed efficiently, with a smile. The manager handled everything with ease and care. The sandwich I ordered was delicious, and the new automated soda machine was a nice touch. The employees were attentive and seemed to enjoy their work. I had such a great experience that I returned for a second visit just to soak in the atmosphere. Though I only purchased a drink and a brownie, it was well worth the visit. I will definitely be back and will be skipping Subway in the future."

"$15 for day old bread was barely edible. I was the first customer so they gave me old bread intentionally. Soda machine spraying syrup over my hands and clothes. Didn't bother heating the bacon either. Employee didn't seem to appreciate me being there..that's the impression I got. Never going back.I waste so much money anytime/ everytime I eat fast food in Watsonville. I'm forced to pay for straight up food that's not even edible. So much money I cant afford to lose on food that is supposed to be edible but its not. Now I know togos is just as bad here."

"I recently tried the avocado and Provolone sandwich at this restaurant and it was delightful! The friendly staff made me feel welcome and I even got a Coke to go with my meal. I loved the cool shirts they were wearing, especially the ones in my favorite color, orange. They even wished me a good Tuesday, which was a nice touch. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for their excellent service and the delicious sandwich I had. 10/10!"

"I've been coming to this Togo's for YEARS! I have witnessed it's ups and downs. The owners must be proud of their staff right now, because they are rock solid as a team. When I order food I'm sceptical about it being made due to many instances where I've had to check first before I pay or walk away, but not here!! They actually listen and I get what I ask for. Even if it's busy the wait is worth it. I really appreciate the time they take to make the experience great. I recently broke my tradition of endless Turkey Avocado sammich to branch and try other things on the menu. Triple Dip is a triple threat if you're in the mood for 3 meals in 1. Their soups are better than any I've come across which is a shocker and even helped me get over a cold! Most importantly let's not forget it's important when you visit a place and the people who work their enjoy their jobs. The atmosphere is so clean and I got my whole family hooked on it. I can't go home without sharing a bite. Keep it up Togo's!!"
