"Nice restaurant. Cool atmosphere, great, courteous and friendly staff and 2 minutes walk from local hotels. It was very good, not completely saturated in soya and spices, and well boiled. As always, entertaining as these places can be. Appropriate prices and certainly good value for money. Not all the busy and fast and efficient Hibachi service."

"My husband and I are big fans of sushi, so we decided to check out this restaurant for lunch while we were in town. The variety and quality of the food were excellent, but unfortunately, our waiter left something to be desired. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet our appetizer never arrived, and we didn't see our waiter again after our food was served, making it impossible to inquire about it. When it was time to pay, we had to ask the very friendly hostess to help us find him so we could settle the bill. Overall, the food was great, and we hope for better service if we decide to return."

"This place is tiny. A hole in the wall restaurant would have been bigger than this place. The look of this place was cold, like you were intruding. The employee at the counter didn't help. You have to speak loudly for them to hear you through the plastic and plexy glass taped and bolted to the wall. They talk into a mic that comes out very tiny and also hard to hear. And your payment is taken through a flap that opens separately on both sides. The entire time I was here, I felt very unwelcome, like I shouldn't have come. The pictures I took don't convey the almost post apocalyptic feel to this place. I tried to hold off judgement until we got our food and had a chance to try it once we got home. I wish it had been good. It wasn't. Nothing we bought tasted any good, and the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. You have to get it to go, there is no where to sit down to eat. Heck, there was barely anywhere to sit while waiting for our food. I fully understand that the pandemic is still going, but this felt extreme. We will not be going back here."

"Every item at Fujiyama 's has been outstanding. The service and consistency of freshness is expected. All the custom rolls are to die for. The Russ Roll, Crazy Tuna Roll and Garzilla Roll are some of my favorites. The sashimi is the best in Middle TN, south of Nashville. Such a slice of asian culture and healthy food? It 's one of our finest restaurants in the Columbia and surrounding areas. Make time to enjoy it. You 're not just filling up that hunger hole, here. Good people, good service, good food. If you think you don 't like sushi, get a Garzilla roll as an appetizer. It 's a deep fried roll with the hint of sushi, but the reassurance of having been not only cooked , but fried.
