You have to speak loudly for them to hear you through the plastic and plexy glass taped and bolted to the wall. They talk into a mic that comes out very tiny and also hard to hear. And your payment is taken through a flap that opens separately on both sides. The entire time I was here, I felt very unwelcome, like I shouldn't have come. service is super umm, bad, rough, hard, crazy, incredible?! eating is good, but maybe not worth the hard guy who takes the commands! Maybe they try and see for a third time.

Food pretty good. Extreeeeemelyyyy slow service. Highland location usually 15 mins max. Waited almost 40 mins for 2 Chicken Teriyaki Bento boxes. Order guy at window sorta rude. So it's pretty safe to say I will visit other locations and NOT this one again

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The guy who takes the orders very rude. Very short. Food is okay but as always there are other options located in the neighborhood. Explore options until this guy understands the power of the customer and respects them.
