"Sticky Fingers on H St. Washington, DC. This was my first vegan food experience. No dairy, honey (bees are animals), meat/seafood, or eggs. The table ordered blue berry pancakes, biscuits (Seitan is the meat substitute), gravy, and I the French toast sticks. It was served with options of cinnamon butter, icing, and maple syrup. I sampled all of the meals, and they are great options for a non vegan. All were delicious. My favorite was the French toast sticks. They were cooked to a golden brown, a light crunch with the perfect touch of spices inside with a light sprinkle of powered sugar. I consumed them with the Maple syrup topping. All of the portions are large and sharable unless you're starving : . I shared two of my French toast sticks and regretted it later. They are about 1.5 in diameter, the length of a standard slice of bread. They were sooooo delicious. The Biscuits Gravy and French toast are only served on Saturday. Priced around $17.85 each. It's definitely worth the visit. The atmosphere is nice, and seating is reasonably accommodated with bar stools, tables, and booths. We waited about 8 minutes for a seat, as did the customers behind us. They have seating outside as well. Apology for no pics. I didn't plan on writing a review, but I thought it was worth sharing the experience."
