"Only come to DC one week a year and this used to be a go to. Today's experience was horrible especially having brought friends to whom I had bragged about Tonic. It was a pitiful experience from beginning to end with the lone slightly bright spot being the food. I don't believe I will be returning, I'm sad to say."
