"Today was my first day trying this restaurant; I felt I was treated with the bare minimum of customer service. My wait time was long with no details or updates on my food, and when I did get my food the cashier didn?t even acknowledge me saying thank you to him (and I had a tip for him in my pocket but kept it after how he dismissed me but acknowledged a white man that promptly got his food). He was happy to acknowledge each white customer that walked in though. I won?t becoming back. And no I?m not a black person who complains about white versus black often but it was very apparent in this restaurant"

"The food here is delicious. It's just that service is pretty slow. The line to order moves slowly as well as actually getting your food. I'm not sure if they need to hire more people or if it's just the process. The food is awesome. It's just hard to wait that long. It's literally a 2 minute walk from my job. I placed a togo order and waited and waited and waited. It took 17 minutes to get it! Once I got back to my office and ate it, the food was awesome. I ordered a chicken club w/fries. It was so yummy. It's one of the one places downtown that has fries but it might not be worth the wait. Unless I start calling it in."

"Night I ordered the fried fish plate and it was delicious: crispy on the outside with the right measures of Middle Eastern spices. So today I returned for lunch for the falafel plated and it is also delicious! Chickpeas never tasted so good! Both sides with a lot of yellow rice and salad. Enough food for two (plus a soda) under $15? You can't taste that."

"Man wen I say good food I mean just that !!!!! The workers where great and polite. They didn't take all day with our food, 2 say it's cooked fresh ryte then and thear. I recommend this place 2 anyone that's visiting or even if they live there."

"This location has the worst customer service and they have no respect for their customers! Two young guys were in front of me ordering and flirting with the young lady cashier and asked for a free drink one of the Arab guys in the back pulls out his gun like trying to intimidate them to move along YET that was so unnecessary! Secondly,every time I order cheese on the fries it’s a drizzle covering maybe 4 fries …ask for more you hafta pay when I’m actuality they should cover the fries with cheese because that’s what we pay for!"

"AWFUL customer service! The food can taste good for all I care but if the service is awful that makes anyone less likely to go. Just placed an order on the phone and the girl greets me with “Chely’s.” She talks to me like if I was her friend not in a friendly way but more in a “she’s too comfortable” type of manner. It’s my very first time ordering from here and even my husband agreed that she had no patience what so ever. Who says “k bye” to a customer? The employees at Pizza Hut in the hood have given me better service."

"Been to a lot of different fish&chicken restaurant, and I have worked in a lot of different ones but I never found chicken tenders as clean and delicious like this spot best think about it it’s right next to my college and it’s close to downtown.I love the food and will definitely come back and will never buy the tenders from anywhere else. Because it’s clean and tasty and all that credit goes back to the owner for keeping his location always with fresh flowers and oils thank you so much for your service it was amazing chatting with you.Hopefully will be back soon ?"

"Usually comes hot and fresh. This time the shrimp and chicken looked and tasted as if it had been sitting in grease for a long period of time. The fries were horrible. Full of grease like it had sat in grease or was refried and the fries retained grease just like the chicken and shrimp. This was very surprising because this restaurant is usually always fresh and hot and edible."

"I went for lunch there was no one in there. The food was made fresh to order. I got two chili cheese dogs and an order of fries. The hot dogs were of very high quality. The chili didn't have much flavor though. The French fries were hot and fresh they were a little undercooked for my taste but were seasoned very well. The lady that took my order was very friendly. The menu was in the way when trying to order. But it did have a lot of good options. I will definitely be back to try one of their milkshakes."

"Food always tastes good, but I never get what I ordered. Got the Jack Fillet dinner and the fish was good, but got the wrong side and no soda. Also ordered coleslaw which I did not get. If something is not available take it off the memo!"
