"I have visited this restaurant multiple times and unfortunately, the experience is consistently disappointing. Despite the fact that customers are able to customize their own sandwiches, the staff here tend to disregard your preferences and give you what they feel like. On one occasion, I was only provided with two napkins and when I asked for more, I was informed that "two is the maximum." Additionally, my sandwich had an excessive amount of mayo and mustard even though I had requested just a little."
