"I visited the subway and saw that they were supposed to close at 10:00. I arrived at 9:20, but when I got there, they had already removed all the hot foods and covered most of the cold items. The food case was nearly empty, which suggests they started cleaning before 9:00. Unfortunately, I couldn't find what I wanted because everything had been taken away. I believe that's not right; if the store advertises a closing time of 10:00, I should be able to see and choose from the food options at 9:20."
