"today was an absolute sweat. I'm ordered at 16 o'clock with my wife. the woman who was very nice said it would be about 35 minutes waiting, we said it was good. after 45 minutes I went forward and asked and eta and another lady just said it's not done yet. I get that they were so busy, but at least be honest with me and tell me it's gonna be an hour. After I didn't get an honest eta, my wife and I left with 2 drinks and no eating that cost us 19 dollars. I will never order personally at this wing tip. they need a larger space with more workers to supply demand. you're better off just ordering from a delivery app."

"I didn't expect the cheese fries to be covered in cheese whiz, but they were really good. The wings were awesome as well! I had the classic hot Buffalo wings and the Cajun rub wings and both were fantastic. The services I received at the restaurant was exceptional. Fast and friendly staff. I ordered my wings to go and as on my way in less than 15 minutes. I took off a star because of the price. I feel the wings at this restaurant are a little on the expensive side for how many you get. That being said, I would still highly recommend Wingstop."

"First I was given the wrong order. I watched them take it back rebag for the customer after it was given to me. My order was given to the other person I had to argue with the staff to give me the right order he couldnt find my ticket. And while I was thinking he was fixing the issue he didnt do anything after he didnt find the ticket. 30 minutes later I asked a young lady the status and she reprinted ticket and submitted. Once I got my order 2 HOURS LATER even though there was a mistake it wasnot expedited) i had to go back to get my 2 large ranches I ordered . Needless to say from start of my order to finish took 3 Hours (I ordered on line), but the app shows way different times. This is ridiculous! The staff is putting orders as complete and they arent even made."

"I must say that the previous experience was terrible. my wife and I went in today and I was absolutely impressed by the changes. the new employees are more professional than the previous ones. two young ladies were in register today and I feel like my wife and I were family. the atmosphere was calm and gentle music was heard without it being impossible to talk about our dinner. our food was very fast finished and everything was after ordering on the place. I was glad to see that the blue cheese was marked with bc on the lid and the ranch was not marked. that was a thoughtful touch that makes me a big difference because I don't like a blue one. I hope this will be a common practice. this place really turned around, as the right people are on the paylist. for the manager: I usually don't ask for names because it is too personal and seems rude. but the crew was extraordinary today. the young on the back have absolutely nailed it. a special thanks goes to bella and tiffany. my wife and I appreciate the personal note they put on, and please hold the labels on diving sauce. fantastic teamwork on sparta road all!"

"I love wings, for years here. but I went to my lunch break and my order took 30 minutes to get out. my lunch break is 30 minutes. there might have been 3 other people. I tried to finish the job that said he had taken the normal time. they were extremely stubborn that eating was almost out and refused to give me the opportunity to cancel. I gave for cancellation and waited another 5 minutes to get my food. I couldn't eat it there, but when I finally could eat, it was totally wrong. I ordered garlic parmesan wing and hot lemon pepper. I have wings without seasonal and buffalo wings. I paid 16 dollars for a 35-minute waiting period and the totally wrong order. the people were very nice, but wait and my order was wrong. I feel the need to compensate for this annoying midday break."

Upon arriving, I noticed the bag was not sealed, and my drink hadn’t been prepared. I asked the staff if they could seal the bag properly, as I didn’t want the customer thinking I messed something up. Instead of being helpful, one of the employees simply handed me a seal and dismissed my concerns, saying she didn’t care. This lack of attention and care was disappointing. I believe that those working in the food industry should be more passionate about their jobs. They are responsible for serving and feeding others. Proper hygiene practices, such as using hairnets and gloves, are essential. It's disheartening when employees don’t take pride in their work. Because of these experiences, I haven’t returned since."
