There appear to be a few (mentally disabled/handicapped? people hired specifically to bring dine in orders to the table which I REALLY appreciate. Nice to see employers offer opportunity for meaningful work within their capabilities.Counter service is ALWAYS slow. Their is usually plenty of staff. Often chatting in a cluster near the drive through service area between rushes. But the one person apparently designated to take counter orders is often doing something else and no one covers that role. Ever.Atypical for fast food, the staff does not look stressed or ground down. Lots of smiles. Pretty relaxed. Plenty of bodies to help with everything, so good on management.The food here is consistent with rhe brand —you like Whataburger food or you don’t. I’ve been here for all meal times. Even LATE at night my order was accurate and Whataburger-good.All in all, perfectly cromulent."
