"Placed an online order last night and waited forever. The employee cleaning near the drive thru, Charles I think was his name, was so kind and had such a positive attitude. We spoke while I waited to order he completely made my day with his kind words! You can’t find employees like that at just any fast food joint.

Curbside takes a little longer than most places but when it’s Michael I feel we get our food so much faster and his customer service and his thoroughness to makes sure orders are correct and ask if everything is right is awesome. He doesn’t just hand the food and walk away. Amazing customer service because of him we need more Michael’s!
