"not eat here a star is too much for this place. I've never been treated so badly by the employees because I've only asked for basic services. after buying a family meal, my family and I sat to enjoy our meal. I approached the register and asked if they had any records we could use. the workers said yes and asked how many we needed, I asked for 10 teller (we had a party of 8) so that we could use the additional teller for bones. instead of telling us that we couldn't give us any extra teller, the manager replied, 10 teller for their party of 8? No, they can have 8. Despite its absolute lack of professionalism, I explained that I wanted only some extra teller for bones with which he replied, well, then we will calculate them for it. Although I was completely shocked on his rude ton, I just said ok and asked about the 8 plates. I guess this proved that they would not get an extra money from me, so he reluctantly agreed to give me 10 teller who say that they would not do the next time as if I ever came back. the next meeting happened with another employee who may be or may not be manager. my family had experienced their screaming push! at several customers try to open the bathroom door, so we assumed that we only had to press hard to open the bathroom door. After several attempts to do this, I decided to ask the employee to help. I asked her if a light would shine through the floor of the door if there were a person in there, but because she worked, she did not hear me and asked me to repeat the question. instead of repeating my question, I decided instead to ask if we ask them to open the bathroom door, because this would lead to a solution for our problem faster. once again I was completely shocked with the answer I received. yes, I have to open the bathroom door, don't you see that I'm working and busy so I couldn't open the door until now? at this point I was mad and geduld. I told her to open the toilet door and tell my family they could use the bathroom now. after leaving my family members informed me that throughout our entire meal they noticed that there is always a worker before us to watch, eat us and who would go around theke to fill us our drinks again. these information confirmed my thought that my Asian family and I were racistly discriminated. I'm disgusting that happened. After working in the food industry myself, I am absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service and professionalism this location had. I hope this review helps to save someone who also suffers the disrespect I did."
