"We have visited this location a couple of times and on our third trip it was very disappointing. The girl that took our order had a very bad attitude and was rude when I asked her about a change in the menu. Her overall attitude was negative. She also got my order wrong. We found a table right away and sat near the drink station. That was a mistake. Two waitresses were having a difficult time with the ice machine and tried dumping the ice in with the lid still on. They removes the lid and tried dumping a large amount in the soda machine area. Another older lady came and started yelling at them to stop and then one of the waitresses slammed the lid on the floor and ice went flying all over. The older lady picked up the ice from the floor and then dumped it in two drinking cups near the station. Later we noticed they were using the dirty ice cups to serve drinks to the customers. We told them it was dirty ice from the floor and they thanked us for letting them know. It was a very unprofessional encounter in front of paying customers. The food was just meh but the service was a real turn off. You can tell that proper training has not happened. Will not be returning which is sad because I do love their French toast."
