"We have visited this location a couple of times and on our third trip it was very disappointing. The girl that took our order had a very bad attitude and was rude when I asked her about a change in the menu. Her overall attitude was negative. She also got my order wrong. We found a table right away and sat near the drink station. That was a mistake. Two waitresses were having a difficult time with the ice machine and tried dumping the ice in with the lid still on. They removes the lid and tried dumping a large amount in the soda machine area. Another older lady came and started yelling at them to stop and then one of the waitresses slammed the lid on the floor and ice went flying all over....

the food and service are great, but it doesn't make any sense that men wear masks and some people don't. most do not wear them right anyway. my problem is clear that there are no uniform rules so that those who know that it is stupid to stop wearing them. everything it says is that they don't believe they work, but they want to pretend they care about it. I say if someone wants to wear one, but don't let them force.

The 2 pm breakfast was very good. I had an omelette, my wife had the traditional breakfast.... 2eggs, bacon, biscuit. We bought and shared a delicious pancake. It was huge. It had better be for $4.75, lol. That was the best breakfast since the last time eating breakfast during our times going to Las Vegas for 30 years. I would have given them a 5 star, but the a/c wasn't up to par. It was a bit stuffy and uncomfortable. I had to walk around to find a vent to get a decent enough cool area. Would I return? For sure except in the a.m., in case the a/c hasn't been repaired properly.

New location/management is absolutely terrible. I 've been a few times giving it a chance since I loved the last location/customer service so much but every time it has been awful. We had 3 empty chairs and as I got up to go to restroom management stopped me and asked why the rest of my party did not show up. Mind you we ordered to go for them as they were running late. This was during a late lunch on a freaking Tuesday. Never again, try Andy 's Kitchen, Towne and Country or Chops N Eggs. Update: Spoke to the owner, expressed how we felt and how we will not be returning and he said, good, I 'm glad your family will not be returning . Shocked at how much this place changed, it was truly great...
