"After our shopping we stayed at Burger King in Canton, IL. I wanted a cheeseburger, and went with her value meal, which was a single cheeseburger, a small order (I chose onion rings) and a small diet Cola. It was so delicious, hot and filled. My Hubby had the chicken jr. sandwich, with frits and a little sprite. He said the chicken sandwich was excellent! He also liked her thicker cuts. All in all, I think that the food is worth the money and very tasty."

"I'm putting my orders through mobile pick-up and they know me when I enter the door. I have almost zero. I had a couple of times where I had to wait for the hurry, but that happens in the food industry. my eating is always right and hot and fresh, which is commendable. they see that complaining about orders are wrong and that and that, but they only have to move with technology. loudspeakers are as people fall. at least with the app, they can get it right once and done. the personal is always pleasant and funny to talk to as we wait for a fries or something. this load deserves great kudos for their service. that is not something many companies have maintained in this whole pandemic nightmare."

"Ordered through drive thru for family. Horrible communication at drive thru. Had to repeat self several times. Got meal and drinks were tiny compared to every time we come. Worker had no answer and could really care less. Got home and chicken fries were all burnt so had to throw out and find other food for kids to eat . Fries had no salt on them. Just overall was not a good customer experience. Really wish burger king would take more pride in their service. It's sad since I've been going there for decades since being a kid."

I ordered a huren jr, and while the top of the bungalow appeared well, it wasn't until I was in it that the rolls were hard as a rock, just to check the bottom rolls and see several quarter spots moldy. "I suspect the previous reviewer went the same night I did. I'm staying at the Holiday Inn across the street and walked over only to find the lobby doors locked at 7:30pm. Must have been understaffed. I went the previous night and some of the workers were out front smoking a joint (could smell it) and scattered back inside as I approached. The cashier was a nice young lady and the food was good and fresh. Workers in the back were playing some game on their phones and cussin up a storm. My review reflects my experience over both nights."
