"I'm putting my orders through mobile pick-up and they know me when I enter the door. I have almost zero. I had a couple of times where I had to wait for the hurry, but that happens in the food industry. my eating is always right and hot and fresh, which is commendable. they see that complaining about orders are wrong and that and that, but they only have to move with technology. loudspeakers are as people fall. at least with the app, they can get it right once and done. the personal is always pleasant and funny to talk to as we wait for a fries or something. this load deserves great kudos for their service. that is not something many companies have maintained in this whole pandemic nightmar...

Extremely rude employees, rather not even go through a drive thru, id rather make a mobile order and go than to waste my breath. A lot of the times I buy food here, the meat taste good but the buns are so dry. The top of my bun shouldn’t chip away as I eat it.
