"they save themselves some time and money for something much better elsewhere. eating was the only reason to really give all stars. we decided to go after the parking lot on the road and regret it. we were shown the bar after telling the empty-looking restaurant and the terrace was fully dedicated for the evening. we were immediately greeted and served by rafael and he was great, but a part of the way through our meal, he disappeared and our experience went down hills from there. we asked for wein and were promptly pointed out to steve, which seemed unrequired and gave minimal description of a $30 glass cabernet bottle msrp is $45) then we had to say to the bartender again. she struggled to use a coravin and gave up and tried the bottle with the foil still on!!!! that led to pieces of cork in our pathetic excuses for a glass of wine. we have paid $30 for 3-4 ounces of medium cabernet with cork. the skallop was a well composed plate. the charred avocado lacked salt and seemed to make me little sense. the hanger steak was good, but a bit on the smaller side. the hot it was also very tasteful and interesting, but also have used a hauch of finishing salt. then we made the mistake of ordering two espresso martinis in creamy style and a classic, they were both terrible. I don't know what the specifications of the barkeeper used, but that wasn't the worst espresso martini ive had. I know that it is hard to find good help, but also basic things like not wearing them apron they eat and drink in, on the bathroom, these young don't understand. I have been in the service industry for 17 years from casual to michelin star restaurants and I hate to leave a bad review. this place could be so good and I wanted it to be. unfortunately we left unhappy, unhindered and after $300 for two guests unsatisfied and will not be back soon."

"Overall disappointing visit. I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant and booked a table with friends for my Wife’s Bday. Initial service was good, then dropped off. Ordered an app that they ran out of and then they changed it for a more expensive app without telling us. Then my friend ordered Lasagna, which is pretty much a staple for an Italian restaurant and after 30 minutes, the server came back and told us they were out of it. How do you run out of lasagna? Then we get the bill and they added a 9 covid up charge that wasn’t taken off even though I asked so we just paid the bill and left. Too many other good restaurants in the area to go to for the we paid."

"From Top to Bottom, one of the most quintessential dining experiences ever. Magdalena and James were on point. The hostess who had a different name that escapes me now was so gracious and thoughtful. Hubby had the pork chops and they made my chef husband jealous that he didn’t prepare them himself. My salmon on a truffle mashed cauliflower was so create without being pretentious. Best anniversary dinner under the stars EVER! Thank you immensely!"

"My wife and I celebrated our 21st anniversary this last Saturday with dinner at Bellini’s and later a movie (Top Gun-great movie). Our meals were outstanding and our server, Jeff, was awesome! Loved our salad and we ordered chargrilled shrimp as a side. Delicious! My shrimp scampi and my wife’s chicken piccata were superb! The portions were quite generous and we could not finish it all. We also ordered sausage pizza to take home, and it was delicious. We shared Bellini’s signature bread pudding for dessert, which was absolutely yummy and quite filling. Such a lovely dinner (made extra special by Jeff). We LOVE Bellini’s, have been eating there for years, and have always enjoyed our dining experiences at this reasonably-priced, fabulous Italian restaurant. We recommend it highly."

"My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant. We submitted a reservation through this platform and explained it was our anniversary. We arrived exactly at appointed time. The entrance was a little cluttered upon our arrival as the Manager was collecting names of newly arrived guests (ours and a couple in front of us) to sort out the seating. As this was happening, another couple entered the restaurant. To make room and be considerate, my wife and I stepped aside, which allowed them to speak with the hostess. My wife and I continue chatting while waiting for our table, when the hostess sits the couple that arrived after us in our seat. There was no communication between the manager and the host, which caused us to miss out on our table. They told us to take a seat at the bar to wait for a new table to become available because all tables were occupied in the establishment. This was disappointing but they comped our first round of drinks. We decided to eat at the bar. The bartenders were excellent attentive and they made fantastic drinks. It wasn't long until we ran into more issues. When my wife attempted to order her meal, they explained they were out of Filet Mignon. Unfortunately, my wife made the choice to order the New York Strip. The cook on the steak was what we requested but there was no seasoning on the steak, like it had been forgotten entirely. We attempted to revive it by adding our own salt and pepper; it didn't work out. The restaurant removed the charge from our tab we left it. I ordered the ribeye and thought it was perfectly fine. We both enjoyed our sides: Mac Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts and Green Beans. We also liked the Brie and Choc Pistachio Cake. After the disappointing meal, my wife got very sick after dinner that evening. There was no other opportunity for her to get sick other than the dinner. Instead of celebrating five years of marriage in a proper manner, she was fighting for her life on the toilet."

"Exceptional service. They made a couple of goofs with the food (no kale in the kale salad, no chicken in the chicken nachos). I felt embarrassed pointing out the issues to them, but they were quick to fix the issues without affecting the meal experience! I chalk up their goofs to our being one of the first groups of the day; the kitchen crew was probably getting warmed up. The dishes tasted delicious even with the goofs, and once they fixed the issues (very quickly might I add), the food tasted even better. We've been to several Yard Houses and this one stands out in service. We'll be back!"

"This was my first time here and I really liked the layout of the restaurant. The atmosphere is that of a large (upscale) sports bar. Our server was really nice. He was attentive and made some great suggestions on the extensive list of beers that Yard House has. I appreciate him modifying my order and making sure there were no mushrooms in my dish after he had already taken our orders to the kitchen. Photo 1: Steak Bowl This meal was really delicious! It had been an active day for me, so finding something on the menu that was not greasy, loaded with carbs, etc. was very beneficial to me. The steak was cooked to perfection it tasted like and the vegetables mixed in were a delightful surprise. Photo 2: Parmesan Truffle Fries They’re potatoes, of course they were delicious! Photo 3: Chicken Tortilla Soup So delicious. I definitely didn’t need this, but it was a cold day and who doesn’t love Chicken Tortilla Soup?! Photo 4: Blueberry beer I’m not sure what the actual name of this beer was and it could have been a seasonal selection, but I know it was a blueberry beer. Not hoppy as I don’t like the hops, but it was a nice and smooth beer."

"We had booked this place as our anniversary dinner based on the fact that it 's on Whitefish Lake and we 'd have a good view. First, the good part. Maria, our server, was fantastic. She 's the primary reason that pulled the rating up to a 2 Food was good Ambience was good, the view was ok Free valet parking Now for the ugly. The hostess at the restaurant is anuptight, rude, and probably racist, woman named Christine. We had reservations for 5 pm for dinner. We arrived at 4:45 pm.Without even a smile or any greeting she proceeded to lecture us that we 're early (we acknowledged that) and they wouldn 't beable to serve us till 5 pm. But she would see if she could seat us and get water on the table. We were fine with it. Shedisappeared and we waited in the lobby. Christine didn 't come back until 5. I commented that since the restaurant was not evenclose to being a third full, we shouldn 't have a problem in getting a window table. You know, with a view of the lake that mademe select this place in the first place. She then again started with her condescension that all the tables are reserved . Shetook us to probably the worst table in the restaurant away from any windows and by a wall. Her ultimatum was this was the onlytable that we could have or we were welcome to leave. I was livid at this point but there was no way we were going to get a spotat any other good restaurant without major delays! I bit down on my pride and stayed. Again, Maria really tried to make up forChristine 's behavior and made our meal memorable. The first picture is at 5 pm with literally no other dinners in one in ourzone. The second picture is at 6:20 pm when we were leaving, with 3 other parties dining. Still open seats by the window."

"I'm sorry as I don't like to say anything negative about service. I am all too aware of how hard servers work, and our was probably around our age, therefore making me feel even more guilty. The food was fine, nothing phenomenal, but certainly nothing bad. The constant mistakes the server made (and I mean there were a lot) took their tool as the evening wore on. While she still received a respectable, standard tip, it was more out of respect for her as a fellow human, rather than acknowledging her doing her job well. This was our second time dining at the Boca Yardhouse and our last. Again, nothing particularly wrong with the experience... but for a moderately priced evening out, there are much better options out there."

"BACKROOM STEAKHOUSE in APOPKA? FAIL!!! Went here for dinner tonite...Three of us ordering Magical Dining menu, I ordered off the menu...My MEDIUM RARE NY Strip came out medium well...Their manager looked at it, admitted that I was right, and said he would have the steak remade...The OWNER came back and showed me the inside of the MEDIUM WELL steak, and said, This looks perfect...What 's the problem? I think it was the lighting...Do you want this? I said no, and asked for it to be recooked...I waited TWENTY MINUTES...everyone else at the table finished their meals, but mine was still a no-show. I asked our server and the manager...Both apologized, and said they 'd get it out ASAP...Never showed. I finally got up and told the manager to cancel it. The owner came up, put his hands on me, and said that there was nothing wrong with my steak, I said, TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF OF ME! He said, Don 't come back...I don 't want you in my restaurant ...They comped nothing, AND tried to add a 20% surcharge on the ENTIRE bill, including the bottle of wine and cocktails...They COULD have made this right, but chose not to...I will NEVER go back here. UTTER FAILURE!!!!!!! Here 's my dinner...PBJ at home"

"We ordered the lamb chops which were visibly very fatty. When I spoke with the manager he said they were supposed to be that way, which made us think we were incorrect so we kept it. "The staff was absolutely amazing and very courteous. We got draft beers and 4 different tacos. The best taco was the Korean bbq—with vivid flavors melting in my mouth, it was super delicious! All the tacos were great! We got their draft beers with the help of the waiter who tried his best to cater to our needs. We loved the ambiance and the atmosphere of Yard House. I would definitely visit again with pleasure"
