"The duck was great. But really, have you ever had a bad duck? You have to order in advance if you want one. We ordered one at the time we called for a reservation. The duck was prepped at table-side, and the presentation was pretty good. It was steaming hot. You get two plates of meat/skin and the rest of the duck is brought back to the kitchen to make a soup to be brought out later. The hoisin sauce didn't come with any spoon or anything so we had to use our chopsticks. The eggplant dish was pretty flavorful. The cauliflower was unique, and very good too. It wasn't overcooked. Food came out at a very reasonable pace. Unfortunately, the soup made from the duck was pretty bland. They simply forgot to add salt. We actually asked for salt and added it to our individual bowls."
