"The duck was great. But really, have you ever had a bad duck? You have to order in advance if you want one. We ordered one at the time we called for a reservation. The duck was prepped at table-side, and the presentation was pretty good. It was steaming hot. You get two plates of meat/skin and the rest of the duck is brought back to the kitchen to make a soup to be brought out later. The hoisin sauce didn't come with any spoon or anything so we had to use our chopsticks. The eggplant dish was pretty flavorful. The cauliflower was unique, and very good too. It wasn't overcooked. I would give 3.5 for this place. The roast duck is obviously sliced the way tooooooo thick. I’m from Beijing so the expectation and bar might be too high :D

Reminder: call at least one day in advance for peking duck! We had to come for the second time because we didn't reserve in advance. The duck had more fat than expected. The skin was not super crispy. The duck bone soup with tofu was pretty good.

BIG NEWS: you no longer need to call one day ahead to order the duck. I was able to order it day of using their qMenu system online. It's a bit tricky to navigate if you don't know Chinese but just use Google Translate and you will be fine. Best peking duck in the peninsula region!
