"They have untrained, disrespectful children working at this store. Is good customer service being taught anymore?Three teenagers were working when I came in. I ordered the same thing I always order (at other locations) and not a single one of them had heard of the item. I had to keep repeating the item and then actually point to it on the menu.I started to describe the add-ons that I wanted, and the girl actually said “calm down” to me because she couldn’t process my words fast enough apparently. Didn’t receive my business, and won’t be in the future."
