"I?m a regular at this location as I frequent here practically every other day. I have let the attitudes of most of the workers at this location ?slide? as the smoothies are usually really good, this location is about 5 minutes from my home and I appreciate the drive thru option but as of today, I think I?d much rather make the 10 mile drive to another location for better service. I informed the drive thru worker that I was picking up my order and was rudely told ?congratulations, now what can I get you?? My order without the unwarranted rudeness and sarcasm would be nice. Completely uncalled for and definitely not a way to treat customers who spend hundreds of dollars with you monthly."
