"The arrangement of the dish was very similar to the Japanese style. However, as for the tonkatsu, the batter of the tonkatsu was too thin to provide a crispy texture. The tonkatsu that was initially served was still pink in color and the meat was not cooked/heated enough. I requested that it be fried again. The cabbage that was served was cut too thin and had no texture. Their original sauce could have been a little thicker to go with the tonkatsu. The potato salad did not feel homemade. From the above, I prefer/recommend Katsuhama on the East Side."
