"Food and drinks are always great, and our waiter was really nice. However, if you can't remember an order, USE A PEN PAPER! I'm not impressed that you take an order from 5 people and don't write anything down, and then forget to put our order in and come back and go over our whole order again because you have forgotten it and then not even say I am so sorry or even acknowledge your mistake! Do better! Waiting 45 minutes for food after we had a 2 hour wait...again Do better!"
