"We came on St. Patrick’s Day and I was a little disappointed when I heard your reservation will not be honored today and you’ll have a cover charge but that was quickly quelled with a table for three and a fun waiter and a fun experience. "The food was pretty good and the atmosphere was very nice. Definitely an upscale site with beautiful views. The service seemed disorganized and chaotic. The bar was very inconsistent with their drinks... Different glasses for the same drink, drinks weren't balanced, lack of garnishes/ingredients, and weak pours. Even their non alcoholic cocktails didn't follow the recipe Overall it was good. But it's not going to stand out if I'm trying to pick a restaurant."

"First time coming here and I really wanted to try the Reindeer Burger! I've never tried reindeer meat so I did not know what to expect.It was very interesting. I would not say it was bad or particularly amazing just very different.Almost gamey. I think I would get chutney on the side as it tasted very sweet on the meat. Otherwise the flavor was outstanding!!!! Now the fries were just amazing. Burger bun was also very high quality. Overall I would say I enjoyed my meal."

"Was hoping to find a local place to go and enjoy good food. I understand it's a lounge and restaurant but a little too cramped and crowded for me. The manager asked if we had been taken care of yet, and I told him yes. But he never bothered coming back again to check how everything was, even with me trying to get his attention. Ordered Halibut Fish and Chips, I also realize this is Alaska, and prices are higher. But I was very disappointed in portion size, Halibut was delicious, but not enough for the price. The fries would have been the equivalent of a medium Mc Dee's fries again for the price absolutely not enough. Then I watched a table next to me get the same plate I ordered, and it sure seemed to me the portions sizes if Fish and Fries were a whole lot more than what was served to me. Unfortunately, I am unable to recommend."

"We visited with my wife one night from Fairbanks. That Friday was a showcase of music groups. We came as early as and ordered a dinner. That was a good idea as we did not know how crowded the place is going to be and were just in time to got a good table aside from the scene. The dinner was good, nothing spectacular but very good. Service was very good too. And then, the music started! It was just awesome! We were able to dance on some occasions (until when the crowd grew to impossible density). Great music, fun people, nice atmosphere. We will come again on our next visit for sure. Loved the place. We left around midnight and I think the concert was at least for more hours that day."

"I've only been to this bar twice, but it's definitely my favorite in Anchorage. The atmosphere is fantastic, and they have live music every night, making it a great spot for a date or just to meet friendly, welcoming people, both among the staff and patrons. The first time I visited was to see one of my favorite indie bands perform, but I had to work until midnight. I arrived at 12:30 and the cover charge was $20, but when I explained my situation to the doorman, he kindly let me in for free to catch the last 20 minutes of the show. On another occasion, I tried their chicken noodle soup, and I was extremely impressed. It came in a HUGE bowl and was really tasty for just $6 – a great deal compared to what you might pay for a beer at many places in town. Very reasonable prices!"

"The waitstaff took a considerable amount of time to acknowledge our presence, and we had to seat ourselves. The location seems quite run-down and is situated in a less desirable area of Anchorage. Additionally, it shares space with another restaurant, which means that the bartender also serves as the waiter for both establishments. The portion sizes of the food were small, and the staff appeared genuinely surprised that we were dining there. We were even given the menu from the other restaurant! The food itself was tasty, but it was served on small plates, making it quite messy—especially for families with children, as there wasn't much room to eat comfortably. Overall, I wouldn't choose to dine here again. I recommend trying Naruto instead; the food there is much better."
