"Clean, spacious and welcoming restaurant. Often on weekends, they have someone who plays the piano in the waiting area. Food id tasty and riddle is immediately. Very beer pancakes are the bomb to harvest together with the cinnamon toast and chicken salad. Mocha turtle coffee is delicious. I'm going to breakfast. Update: I do not recommend the Burrito. Very bland and chicken was dry. My breakfast date reported the waitress and the manager was more than accommodating."

"Very disappointed with this place. My husband and I ordered a bbq burger. The same Burger came with different bungalows. Both beyond Stale. No bbq on Burger. My son ordered Siracha Burger. Had 3 drops of sauce on it. Complained to the manager and his answer was apologised well 't fulfill your high expectations have a voucher for a free appetizer on your next visit to this location food was practically impossible, but we had to pay for it. Restaurant wasn't clean. Had to wait 5 minutes after our reservation time for an open table. Because they had half a restaurant empty, but no clean tables to sit on us."

"The burger at this restaurant is fantastic! I appreciate the variety on the menu. It does get pretty busy after 6 PM, but I'm glad to see that they now take reservations through OpenTable. It's a great spot for families. My only critique is that the chocolate milkshakes, while tasty, are made with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup instead of chocolate ice cream. For a restaurant known for its burgers, they should have authentic chocolate milkshakes like Red Robin."

"from any reason this was an incredibly busy, shaking in bellingham, everywhere was very busy and crowded. a reservation is reduced to the waiting period. the workers were run away from their feet, but could still be professional and cheerful. strange for a city on the ozean are the fish and chips here our preference. they had managed to keep the washrooms in the middle of the chaos, beautiful and clean. the workers could even sing the birthday greetings to those with birthdays. well done."

"After visiting the aquarium at the mall, we randomly decided to give Applebee's a try. We were promptly greeted and seated at a table. Our waiter was attentive and took our drink orders, then our appetizer and entree orders. Despite being busy with other tables, he provided great service. The section where we sat was clean, the restrooms were well-maintained, and the food arrived quickly and was delicious. The drinks were also tasty and a good value for the price. I would definitely return to Applebee's and commend the waiter, host, staff, and kitchen for their excellent service."

"Hostesses definitely need to train on Open Table. I checked for our reservation at Hostess Station. 25 minutes later we didn't sit down. I finally went up and asked what the problem was and she said she forgot we were there. She said she'd put us down soon. Then she put other people without reservations that were only about 5 minutes there. She sat three more groups and I asked for a manager. The manager was very sad, set us fast and paid for our meals. He did it right, but the hostess was like we were ridiculous and gave our 10-year-old daughter dirty appearance when she came by. Fearable employee who should not work with the public. Only positive were the waitress nice and our food was free!"

"We made a reservation in advance to ensure we could secure a table for dinner while out Christmas shopping. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the restaurant does not actually take reservations, only operates on a first-come, first-served basis like Open Table, and that we would have to wait 30-40 minutes. Unfortunately, we had other commitments and had to pass on dining at Red Robin. We were disappointed to hear the manager was too busy to speak with us. Goodbye!"

"The food at this restaurant was excellent, but the service was just average and the cleanliness was a major issue. A balloon had been popped under our table, and there were fries scattered on the floor. Despite us and other customers pointing it out, the servers and even the manager ignored the mess and never bothered to clean it up. The table next to us was left dirty and unattended for the entire hour we were there, with garbage on the floor as well. My daughter even remarked that we would be in trouble if we just walked past the mess without doing anything about it. I couldn't agree more. Even the customers at the table behind us were discussing how the wait staff failed to clean up after previous patrons."

"As far as chain restaurant cheeseburgers go, this place is hard to beat! TGI Fridays is just up the street but this place is so much better! Fresher and tastier! One of my favorite things about red Robin is the fact that there are several vegetarian options on the menu. Any burger can be a veggie burger! They also have one of the best selections of cocktails in any of the chain restaurants that I've seen! The Tiki punch is one of my favorites, and who wouldn't love a spiked milkshake?"

"The food was terrible, we sent back 6 out of the 7 appetizers that were brought to us. The low-quality meat was poorly prepared and had a terrible taste. They meticulously calculated every penny of the bill. It's a shame that with the number of years they have been in business, they still provide poor customer service and low-quality food. I will not be returning and would not recommend it to anyone. It was expensive and disappointing in every aspect."

However, our food order was incorrect and we did not receive any refills on our drinks or fries. The lack of free refills was disappointing. I would suggest looking for another reservation on Opentable for a more enjoyable dining experience. Visiting this restaurant every two years seems too frequent; perhaps waiting five years before trying again would be a better idea."

"The host was incredibly rude to opentable guests. We approached the host stand and I said I did a reservation on open table. She rolled her eyes and said “another one” Then yelled at the top of her voice a party’s name, she then proceeded to tell me that I would be waiting 35 Minutes like everyone else and she would call me when it was ready. Then she proceeded to address a party who voiced their concern over being skipped for a table she told them they hadn’t waited over 35 minutes and their opentable reservation doesn’t add them to the list. We left because of her horrible customer service and lack of manners"

"Hosts were unaware of OpenTable although my name was on their list, the table time quoted was not honored. Got sat 25 minutes later than expected, was almost late to work despite rushing through meal which was frustrating. Used OpenTable specifically to prevent that from happening. Restaurant needs to communicate better internally and coordinate better with OpenTable if they plan to continue using this service."
