"We made a reservation in advance to ensure we could secure a table for dinner while out Christmas shopping. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the restaurant does not actually take reservations, only operates on a first-come, first-served basis like Open Table, and that we would have to wait 30-40 minutes. Unfortunately, we had other commitments and had to pass on dining at Red Robin. We were disappointed to hear the manager was too busy to speak with us. Goodbye!"

This delay caused us to consider other dining options nearby. Unfortunately, Red Robin was not on our list of places to dine.
