I wasn 't trying to order breakfast in a plastic cup in the afternoon.I confronted the staff that took the order about how theres no coffee in this, she nonchalantly shrugged it off and said thats just how the latte is here, I said ok, but your latte 's are cold? She said yes as if I was the one thats confused, because I was suppose to understand their omission of the word ice before the word latte.No miss, that is an ice latte, latte on the other hand needs steamed milk.Teazzi Tea Shop, fix your menu and train your staff to be better than this."
