"If you 'd like words in the english language to be pretentiously redefined without your knowledge, and to be told thats just the way it is like by the staff dictator style, then look no further as I ordered an Oats Latte, explicitly saying hot Oats Latte, but was surprised with oatmeal with cold milk in a cup at 4PM for $5.50... I wasn 't trying to order breakfast in a plastic cup in the afternoon.I confronted the staff that took the order about how theres no coffee in this, she nonchalantly shrugged it off and said thats just how the latte is here, I said ok, but your latte 's are cold? She said yes as if I was the one thats confused, because I was suppose to understand their omission of t...

Walked in and was literally ignored for 5 minutes. Bubble tea was good previous times but they are clearly understaffed and don’t care about keeping customers.

The service is so slow, waited for 20 mins and still did not get to order!!!! The waiter keeps putting in the external order and let the customers wait in line in

Ordered the house special tea. The oats are a cool touch, but the execution is poor. The boba is decent, chewy and soft. The tea is average. The service is terrible. They take orders and make drinks in batches. If there are too many orders, they will make the line wait. Definitely worth a try. The space is severely under utilized, the large seating area should at least have tables. If not, then a larger barista station would be helpful to speed up the service.Overall, it is good, but wouldn’t go out of my way for it. If they opened a location nearby me, I would think about it. I prefer I’Milky nearby.
