"from the host to the food was great.. The only thing was my waiter very slow in looking out if we needed a refill ..napkind..clean plates. He came once on his own and other times I had to hunt him down. That not the first time with him. the cuople of times i visited and happen to get him whch is 4 times. He does that everutime unfortanstly the gratuity is included other wise He gotten no tip from me. Is ashame. He gives u this look as if why u asking for more...."

"Wow was this place packed! It is huge inside and goes back quite fair, has a terrace for outdoor seats and a good size bar. Every place was taken. Good for her... not so good for us. We decided to sit outside and it took 20 minutes until someone came to the table. When they came by, my husband was in the rest room and the server asked me if I was ready to order. We didn't even have menus. We were brought with bread and water and when I asked the Lord what he would like to eat, he shook his head and went. At this point it began to rain sideways and was dipped. We ran inside and managed to get 2 seats at the end of the bar. There were 1 bartender who managed the whole place.... I don't even know how he did it, but respect him. He quickly made drinks and had no compromise with them. He was a superstar. We managed to get an app that Arancini or rice balls and they were hot and delicious. The bread and the dips were also. We've never seen another server again and we've wrapped up our night. The place smelled amazing and we were disappointed, not had the chance to eat more. I'm not sure if they were short staff and nobody communicated.... it was unorganized mess inside. We will probably give them another chance Becuase sees the menu and smells amazing. You slept for a reason!"

"Mrs. Mac’s Kitchen II is pretty much legendary in South Florida and a wonderful place to pull off the side of the road for a slice of their award winning Key Lime Pie. We stopped by for lunch on our way to Key Largo after reading the great reviews. The hand painted slogan on the outside of the building was a welcomed sight Eat well, laugh often, live long! The parking lot was packed, as was the restaurant, but we were welcomed in and seated within a few minutes. The kitschy and eclectic design was everything you’d hope for from a small island diner: a hand blown glass Octopus chandelier, nautical themed fishing equipment, ceiling panels that resembled the open sky, palm trees, seashells, fish window decals, license plate lamp covers and an oversized bar, surrounded in bar stools, anchored in the center of the restaurant. Even the shell themed bathroom sink and pirate’s themed wall hanging in the hall added to the overall appeal. I was very happy to find Vegetarian plates, as well as a few Vegan options and the teenager and husband were excited about the seafood. We selected our meals from the lunch menu which runs from 11:00 5:00 Monday through Saturday. I chose the Veggie Saucer a Pita bread sandwich with two different slices of cheese, cucumbers, lettuce, tomato’s, onions, mayo, arugula and special sauce. The sandwiches include pickle slices and your choice of ruffled chips, slaw or cottage fries. My husband ordered a Fried Oyster Dockside sandwich served on a hoagie with shredded lettuce, tomato’s pickle slices and an upgraded side of fried pickles. The teen ordered Coconut Shrimp and left nothing on the plate but the Shrimp tails! The Key Lime Pie was everything we’d hoped for and the perfect way to end our meal! Pros: Large menu including something for everyone seafood lovers, picky eaters, kids, vegetarians and vegans. The hostess and servers were very welcoming and attentive. The decor and ambiance is exactly what you’d imagine a small island diner could be! Cons: Small parking lot and very busy during peak hours, but we’ll worth the wait!"

"7 years ago my husband and I came here for dinner during our wedding weekend, we came back on Friday night. We were not disappointed. Before I start with the food, a big thank you to Drusilla our server, you were wonderful. And now for the food? Your Bolognese sauce was delicious and as great as the memory, you have not lost your touch. The chicken parmigiana was perfectly cooked and tender. The trifecta meatball was fluffy and very full flavor as was the grilled chicken. The fresh gnocchi was so good it just melted in my mouth. Many times in life you find out that your memories exaggerate the tastes and experiences. If anything you have all exceeded our expectations and memories. "The guy said it was done in ten minutes and BOOM in exactly ten minutes. Not nine minutes, not eleven. This is the type of efficiency and quality of service that cannot buy money. "TL;DR Slow service and dirty glassware brought to the table.I went to BuzzBrews with a group of friends for brunch on a Tuesday. There were a few tables when we entered but everyone seemed to be finishing up or finished. We were told a few times that they needed another minutes before coming to our table to take our order, and in the end we probably waited 15 minutes before getting our order taken. Throughout the entire experience we had very slow service, including not refilling water.The Mrs. Buzz should be passed, it was bland and lacked seasoning and flavor. The French Connection Crepe was okay but overall it just wasn’t for me, but it was not bad or horrible.The cleanliness and attention to detail of the place was a huge bother for us. We were seated at a window that had a decaying potted plant that was giving off an unpleasant smell. It was a bother for myself and another friend who was sitting the closest to the plant, obviously no one wants to smell rot while eating. Another friend received a cup of coffee that still had lip stick along the rim of the cup and food caked onto the side of it. When we brought it to the attention of a waitress we were told they couldn’t remake that drink anymore so they picked a different drink to make. There was no further acknowledgment or apology about the dirty glassware or their inability to serve her the same drink she originally wanted. When my friend brought up getting charged for a drink she didn’t receive, the only solution was to take the cheapest item (25¢ off the bill."

"This restaurant is a great spot that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner 24/7, 365 days a year. The food variety was excellent and everything tasted delicious. Our group of about 10 people all enjoyed their meals without any complaints. We went for dinner and found out they are known for their coffees. They also have a selection of about 10 local microbrews on draft. It was our first time there and we are looking forward to going back to try their breakfast items. Just a heads up, the bathrooms are essentially unisex with separate doors for men and women but no dividing wall inside."

"I don't understand why the server asked me how I wanted my burger cooked, as each of us at the table received a poorly cooked hockey puck that tasted worse than something reheated from a convenience store. The bun was stale and the fries were cold. It took 45 minutes for our burgers to arrive, and they were overcooked and cold. The service was terrible, with the server apologizing but not doing anything to improve our experience. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs. Even the bathrooms were messy and lacked paper towels. I had to apologize to my friends for choosing this place through Open Table before our concert at AAC, but we were limited on last-minute options. We would have been better off getting frozen burritos from 7-11 or concession stand burgers at AAC. Don't waste your money on this embarrassingly bad service and food."

Brian provided an incredible array of options and carefully explained the differences when adding or removing ingredients from the original description. I arrived around 11:30 PM after a long day at work, but this place left me smiling and ready to head home for the night. The gentleman was very kind and specific with his recommendations, which reminded me of fond memories from my home in the East. I encourage everyone to give this place a try - it's not often you leave a restaurant with a smile on your face after chatting with a stranger. This was the best burger I've ever had."

"Having a pizza at Paisans in Lisle is always a treat. Me and the missus had a great dinner of Caesar salad, fried calamari, chicken tenders, and sausage and mushroom pub style pizza. All were delicious and satisfying. And the service from Mercedes was the best. Very attentive, accommodating, and witty. And the fact it had some great 80s rock music playing was awesome. This place is a wonderful place to eat at. And don't forget to ask for Mercedes as your server."

"The best I can say is that we were able to get a reservation on a very busy evening in San Diego there was a concert at the ballpark featuring Billy Joel and Sting. We thought we had allowed plenty of time but the service was scattered and so slow that we missed the beginning. We sat for close to an hour before receiving any food by this time the restaurant had pretty much emptied out. Not only did we not receive some of the food and drinks we’d ordered, but what we did receive was well below any expectations. The bruschetta consisted of four small triangles of hard toast topped with a scattering of anemic looking chopped tomatoes and some chopped basil. The pasta primavera consisted of a child sized serving of pasta in a soupy not quite red sauce with some sliced carrots. Tasteless. I could go on, but suffice it to say, this was a bad meal."

"Great little Italian restaurant, that we visit frequently. The food is always very good, and consistently so. Good pizza, lasagne, pastas, etc. Never had a bad meal there. Service is always friendly and efficient, as well, and the owner is always around keeping an eye on things and socializing with guests. He hires a lot of local students, and supports the schools and athletics. Great guy. Nice ambience, as well, with painted murals of Italian countrysides. This is the longest lived Italian restaurant in Evergreen, and still going strong, with good reason."
