"I initially gave 2 stars. Then the restaurant contacted back requesting more details. They did that in a professional way, and I believe they'll fix the problem. So, I changed the review from 2 to 4. And in response to your request, Shiraz Restaurant management, please make sure the meat is well first of all fresh, and well-cooked. I was there for 2 times, and both times it was not so. I hope to get the improvement next time I visit you guys. And if so, I'll change my review from 4 to 5 then. Thank you in either case."
