"Every time I go to this location I order the same thing and every time I go to this location they leave an item out I never go back for the item gas prices the way they are but today when I order six pies they made me wait a half an hour for those pies and the goof tard comes out to my car and ask me if I'm the order with the pies doesn't put the pies in the bag when I went to go talk to management Santee or whatever his name is Indian looking dude he didn't seem concerned one way or another like when I get off work this is what I want to do for a living come on man I just want what I paid for from the dirty bird..."

"I worked my way up to district manager at a Church's Chicken in Tennessee, so I am familiar with the quality they can achieve. Unfortunately, this particular store always falls short. The chicken we ordered was served at room temperature and the crust was torn up, leading to greasy and dry chicken. I am disappointed because I keep hoping for improvement. One positive aspect was that the young lady working there made us fresh fried okra."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. First of all, the lobby was closed so you have to either use the drive-thru or walk up to the window. If speed and cold food are important to you, definitely go through the drive-thru. There was a car in front of me and I had to wait a long time to place my order. The person on the speaker was impossible to understand because it sounded like the loudspeaker was broken. When I finally received my order, it was wrong - I asked for two pieces of sharp chicken and only received one normal piece. The chicken was not hot and seemed old and dry. To top it off, they only accepted cash even though there was no sign indicating this. I will never go back and I would advise others to do the same. I understand that they may be short-staffed, but that is no excuse for being rude. No thank you."

"Do you like a LOT of attitude with your chicken order?! I recently stopped by this location because I didn 't want to drive across town to Popeye 's. I was the only customer at Church 's at the time. I gave my order over the speaker; 2-piece combo witha wing and a thigh as well as a jalapeno pepper. I 'm certain of my order because I always order the same thing regardless ofthe chicken joint. Although i was the only customer, I waited a full 5-minutes for my order. My mistake was not checking theorder prior to leaving. I got home to discover that my thigh and wing had become a breast and a drumstick...and no jalapenopepper. I drove back and informed them of the error. Immediately I was met with pronounced rudeness from the woman at thewindow. She demanded my receipt twice and twice I told her that I 'd left it at home. It seemed like the fix should have beenvery simple; take the food back and give me what I asked for. No, this woman was insisting that I didn 't specify which pieces Iwanted (which was ridiculous given that I had repeated my order twice over the loud speaker) and she also insisted that I 'dnever asked for the jalapeno. What did this Ambassador of Congeniality to then? She told me that I had to pay for the singlejalapeno pepper as though I hadn 't just driven all the way back to get this order straght. This woman couldn 't spell CustomerService if you spotted her all of the vowels! Goodbye, Church ' 's. This was a simple fix and you could hardly have handled itworse...and there are other choices in town!"

"So I or the Spicy XL Chicken Sandwich Combo for me and my gf, it came with a decent portion on Mac cheese that we were able to share, we also order extra sides like the Jalapeño Cheese Bombers and the Fried Okra also a decent portion, although there isnt enough for a 3rd person XD so if you get extra sode for a bigger fam i would order x4 so there is at least 2 for everyone. The desser was amazing, we got the Frosted Honey-Butter Biscuits (4) and Apple Pie (1) SOOOO GOOD this place is realistically better than KFC, Popeyes, and Chick-fil-a (coming from my gf who is a HUGE chick-fil-a fan) the price is even better than all other competitors, we found our new favorite place for date night, or even family night. Thank you for an amazing meal!"

"I do not recommend coming here. I ordered a very simple order , no one else was ordering and they shut down the drive thru. After ordering I waited for my order , another gentleman came in and was quickly served. He even thought it was for me but itwasn?t. I was forced to wait 15 minutes for stuff that was already cooked to be placed in a box. The cashier even completelysquished my muffin. I am a nice person who treats everyone the same. But after seeing how this cashier treated the people whohad the same color still as hers and forcing me to wait because we aren?t the same color. Stuff like this makes me not want tobe nice to everyone and treat people equal. I purchased the food for a homeless person who asked for food and even though hewasn?t my skin color I still did it. This place needs to be shut down because we all know she won?t be fired"

"The food at this restaurant is extremely disappointing. Our order of 6 biscuits felt like rocks, the coleslaw was just a plain salad, the fries were limp, and the chicken skin wasn't even attached to the meat. When I called to complain, the manager wasn't available for 2.5 hours, so I had to call back. Despite my request for a refund, the manager insisted on giving me fresh food instead. This was unacceptable, as the food should have been fresh to begin with. The overall quality of the food we received completely turned me off from this restaurant. After making my point, I was instructed to return with my card and the food (3 hours old) in order to receive a refund."

"A five for a Churches?...hold onto your hat peppie here it comes.The worst thing you can ask for in fast food of any kind is for the location staff to be horrid people. Generally the food will be bad and if you have to deal with bad employees it’s the worst. Not here.The food is basic concept and there’s no new surprises but the quality is fantastic fast food wise.The service however is top notch. Fast service by happy employees is so good that you’re going to return. Good work to the management as moral is obviously very high"

"Church's Chicken is a fairly large national fast food chain focuses on Southern style food, especially roasted chicken and it's sides. This location has super friendly staff and pretty good service. The food is usually also quite fresh. Prices are average, although these are the portion sizes. Remember to ask for sauces because most of the time they do not remember to ask you. Spicy Chicken is much better than original, and their potatoes, Coleslaw and okra are quite delicious."

"Absolutely terrible customer service. I stood in front of the cashier for about 7 minutes and no one bothered to ask me what I needed. They just ignored me and continued doing their own thing. This was my second visit to this restaurant to give them another chance, but unfortunately, they were just as bad as before. What a disappointment! I will definitely not be returning."
