"Absolutely terrible customer service. I stood in front of the cashier for about 7 minutes and no one bothered to ask me what I needed. They just ignored me and continued doing their own thing. This was my second visit to this restaurant to give them another chance, but unfortunately, they were just as bad as before. What a disappointment! I will definitely not be returning."

I haven't been to this restaurant in years, but it's still good. They have been around for a long time, which says something. There is no drive-thru, so you still have to go inside to order take-out, but that's not a problem.

a customer's experience unfortunately is that last visit. Let me give it one more chance because I completely give up on this company. Because from going once a month to once or twice a year and even each of those times are two stars maybe I have to just give up completely and stay with LIsa's chicken.
