"Hadn't been to this restaurant in a while. It was an unusual experience. To begin, we had four, yes four, different servers. Is not that the restaurant was too busy, in their defense, I asked for a half both, half chair table, which they gave us, but we were the only ones in that area. Which meant that our main server kept forgetting about us. When ever we asked for something, it would take so long and another server would bring it. We arrived and I asked for decaf coffee, it took 20 minutes to arrive! Then they forgot the sweet and low...another 15 minutes! Then our order was wrong the potato, and other side). A normal meal takes us 1 hour, this one took almost 2. At the end, our server saw my frustration and said she would ask the manager to deduct the coffee...she didn't and I asked for the manager. He deducted $15 for our experience and we left. Most likely never to return. Because the biscuits at Red Lobster are one of my favorites, we might go back, but to another location:"
