it was my daughter's 10th birthday. I had priority sitting through open table and came there 10 to 15 minutes early, but still did not end space until 15 minutes after my reservation. then we had to ask for cookies, tellers and a high chair several times. we also had a long waiting period between sitting and the waiter who took care of us.

although we love red lobsters eating, we just hate the service at the Pearland location! our server was very friendly and got all our orders right. I don't know, though, if the place just doesn't have enough server or what the deal is, but we soon remembered why we don't visit this place so much. it takes forever that our server returns! we average an hour or a bit more than we go to eat, have taken us almost two! they need more personal here. anyway, what we loved, simply loved, was that the order of our granddaughter came out within minutes! P.S. someone in the restaurant canceled our reservation and we had to do it again.
