"Celebrating the birthdays of my wife and dear friend and unfortunately turned out to be unsatisfactory experience for one of the birthday girls. Her entree came out under and was sent back while the rest of us finished our entrees. When the refire came back to the table it was not just under, it was raw. On top of that, as we waited for the entree to come out for a second time, we were informed that they were out of the desert that was ordered at the beginning of the evening. From there it just got comical. She ordered the same desert the other three of us did and when it came out to the table the portion was less than half what the other three of us received. As other diners had festive sparkler celebrations at their tables our birthday girls received no such treatment. The meals were good but not what was expected based on previous visits. Don’t plan on returning anytime soon"

"In a sea of Italian Restaurants, Biagios stands above most. Warm and charming environment and the highest quality food. Veal Osso Bucco special was incredible. Also half price wine bottles on Wednesday. While still a 5, the service at times was a little disorganized."

"I was not too happy to eat in the pods on the road. the dining room was closed for a high-time celebration in the interior. it was cold and rainy and the heating was simply too hot with the door closed. the service was slow, we didn't get 2 items and they just canceled because we didn't want to wait. eating is prepared for everything. it was absolutely delicious! I'd come back, but I'd just sit inside."

"We’ve always enjoyed supporting this local restaurant. As usual, our most recent visit was an enjoyable experience. Food and service was good, however, we couldn’t help but notice how expensive their drink prices have gone up. I have to say, Galliano’s wins the prize for the most expensive Grey Goose soda I’ve ever paid for 15.25). A single Grey Goose Martini was $18.00! Sadly, we will not be returning to this restaurant in the future. We will support another local restaurant that doesn’t price gouge their local neighbors."

"we were here for a business meeting and sat at the bar. really enjoyed the barkeeps and service staff... very attentive and knowing about their ghosts. the aged barrel manhattan with the journeyman distillery last feather rye was exquisite and made right. the recipe includes an Italian liqueur (italicus) that really makes this cocktail pop. the whiskey and spirituosenliste is very robust for the intro, pro and connessiour from all over the world. we ordered appetizers, calamari and sausage and pepper, to share...both were really well done. we look forward to further events at bobby’s with larger groups."

"We were very disappointed in this new restaurant! Orders were not taken correctly and when he came out with the correct vegetable, it was cold. The salad, meat and vegetable were soooo salty, all I could do was to drink more water and wine. The wine was the best part, but WAYYYY to expensive. We won't be back."

"A fantastic experience. Rich and his band put on a fabulous show playing all your favorite Frank Sinatra songs. This was our second time at the show and it was just as good as the first time. The food at Capo is good Italian fare. Since this is a Supper Show you eat and enjoy the show over a 3 hour period (6p.m.-9p.m. . There are 3 sets with breaks in between. Audience participation is encouraged; requests and celebrations are enjoyed by all. Incredibly the show is absolutely free. A wonderful way to enjoy a Sunday evening."

"We went to Jubilee for the first time. After we had set ourselves, the hostess asked for our drinks order and brought them with us. We waited 30 min and we had no bread yet, nor a waiter to take our order. I finally had to get up and find a waiter and ask them to take over our order. At this point we skipped the appetizers and went straight for our meals. Once our order has been placed, we got our bread and we had another waiter coming to us and apologized that he was not told that we were his table. We said it was good, I ordered a bottle of wine at this place, and our food came fast. After the first bite, my husband and I thought it was worth waiting. It was amazing! We were well compensated for the long waiting period and we will definitely go back."

"My first time eating at Cafe Nouvo for lunch. My beet salad with creamy peppercorn dressing and frisee salad was amazing, fully recommend it as a starter. the salmon with the chipotle crema and vegetables was so addicting and portion size was very filling. Overall the experience was wonderful. My bartender was engaging in our conversation and my ice tea was refreshing. As a pastry chef and someone that dines at fancy restaurant in Boston/ Montreal and NYC, yes I’m foodie and love to travel. I got say this is gem in providence, I’m disappointed in myself that all time growing up. I walked by this restaurant and never walked in especially when it has great view of city, patio seating and front stage to water Fire . It’s great restaurant for lunch or dinner"

"I ordered the gnocchi bolo and the cannoli because this was one of the only restaurants who sold gnocchi that was open in my area. The food arrived to my door in a bag sopping wet with the sauce because the container it came in was half closed. I asked for utensils too, nope. The gnocchi itself wasn?t that great, just picking it up it would fall apart. The piece of bread it came with was dry and hard."

"This has been one of our favorite restaurants and has always been great. This visit couldn’t have been worse. There was a 20 minute wait even with a reservation, so we sat at the bar. The bartender forgot to put our soup order in, so we waited like 15 minutes for soup. The grilled octopus was literally unchewable, so they took it back at brought another... same thing. This all happened while the owner just sat there drinking wine with two customers as his minions frantically ran around him. It was terrible to watch him treat his employees with utter disrespect. It may be a tough decision to go back."

"This restaurant was fantastic before the pandemic. Now, their once amazing octopus appetizer has become a thin, disappointing version of itself. You can't reduce quality and portion sizes and expect loyal customers to remain supportive. There are simply too many other options in Naples for them to keep up this approach. I'm very disappointed. "Staff was great. Server was top notch. Made my own burger through their process. Everything looked good. The burger itself looked like it was boiled instead of grilled. Was soggy and did not look very appealing. Was for someone else's with a birthdayso did not say anything to spoil the mood. The area that we were sitting in was particularly HOT like there was no AC on inthat area. Was not busy due to start of State Fair."
