"This is the first time I have had a bad experience at Cracker Barrel. I was a little bit shocked to say the least. Put in my order online, drove 20 min to pick up curbside. Got to the pick up, called the number to say I was there, took them 3 tries to finally answer the phone. Gave the name and parking spot I was in, was told that the order was still being prepared but should be ready soon. Sat for about 15 min when a man comes out the back door and over to my car and says You do know curbside pick up closes at 8 right ? No. Also, something that could have been mentioned when I called to say I was AT CURBSIDE PICK UP. Drove around to the front, went in the front door and got in the long line for the cashier. 25 min since I got there. Got to the register (finally) and was told it should be right out. 40 min since I got there. Man comes from the kitchen with to go bags, I jump back in line. Not my Togo bags. 56 min since I got there. Got my order, drove 20 min back home, it was ice cold and hard. Never Again. Bad form Cracker Barrel, bad form."
