"This was our first time visiting a Cracker Barrel; we received a gift card. Admittedly the gift card was given to us over a year ago. When we tried to pay with it, it did not work. No attempt was made to discover the problem with the card. Additionally, we were overcharged, which we caught before paying. The food is glorified fast food. It's mediocre at best. The employees were nice enough, but nothing special. We will not dine there again."

I had the fried catfish and it was absolutely delicious! The waitress was a sweet girl that made us feel welcome. And, if course, you can't go wrong with the little shop in there (gets me in trouble every time .

It took no time to be seated. But, We waited 45 minutes to receive our meals. Due to the waitress concentrate on the larger dinner parties wanting a big tip. Here is my thing don't forget about the smaller groups because they might possibly may give you a nice tip for they service will receive.

Updated Review. My family and I went back to Cracker Barrel last night and our server Dan was awesome, he did a great job. He was very polite and provided excellent service. The food tasted amazing even though they were busy it wasn't a rushed meal by kitchen staff. Thank you Cindy and Dan for making it a great experience! I would have taken more pictures of the food but we dug right in!
