"I used to frequent this restaurant when they were located in Tremont years ago. However, when I returned to Cleveland after 7 years, I found that they had changed. Their vegan and dairy-free options now require a one-week preorder, whereas in 2015 they had some options readily available. They also used to offer low-sugar options with Splenda. When I called to inquire about the changes, the person who answered the phone seemed unaware or indifferent to the new policies, which was disappointing."
