"I used to frequent this restaurant when they were located in Tremont years ago. However, when I returned to Cleveland after 7 years, I found that they had changed. Their vegan and dairy-free options now require a one-week preorder, whereas in 2015 they had some options readily available. They also used to offer low-sugar options with Splenda. When I called to inquire about the changes, the person who answered the phone seemed unaware or indifferent to the new policies, which was disappointing."

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent! I ordered a cake for my son's 16th birthday and the atmosphere was very inviting. We felt very comfortable there. I'm excited to see how the cake will turn out!

I have been a customer of this restaurant before, but they really exceeded my expectations with the Snow White themed cake and cupcakes they made for my niece's birthday. Thank you so much! She absolutely loved it!

Incredible! The cupcakes are incredibly moist and the frosting is not too sweet. The flavors are spot on. I've only been living in the area for a few weeks and I've already had four of them. The woman who assisted me both times I visited was extremely kind. I wish I could give more stars!
