"On Valentine’s Day we dined here for the first time. Owner Greg Metcalfe is “hands-on”. Everything is fresh. As a result, by 7 pm, there were no peel-and-eat shrimp left! We ordered a New Zealand Pinot Grigio wine. Likewise, the two Pinot Grigio sections were sold out. The house Pinot grig was just fine. The fried green tomatoes and French onion soup were fabulous starters. Our main course, also well-prepared, was the featured steak Diane. We recommend Southern Comfort for casual dining."
