"If you are going to go here, eat in. Don't do carry-out. Their food is good and the staff is friendly. However, mid-afternoon today (3pm), when the restaurant wasn't very busy, I went in and placed a to go order for a buffalo chicken salad with crispy chicken. When I got back to my office and opened the salad, it was grilled chicken. Called them up, the bartender offered to replace the salad for me. Was going to take almost 30 minutes though to do that. Told her to go ahead and I would come back over. Believe me, if I am eating lunch at 3:00 in the afternoon, it is because I haven't had time to get away from my office to pick something up. That was definitely the case today. I didn't really have time for a second trip.Anyway, after the requisite time, I went back over. Salad was there waiting for me. Bartender was very nice, gave me a full refund for my trouble. Only issue is that when I got back to my office for the second time with the second salad, it was wrong, too! This time, there was no cheese on the salad. LOL And the containers of dressing the first time were a larger size than the containers they gave me the second time around. I realize that I should have checked the box more closely the second time around but seriously, come on. Who doesn't get it right the second time around when they are called out on it the first time around?"
